Purpose
Soft launch ใช้ทดสอบ timing, guest experience, food prep, safety, storytelling, price fit และ review potential ก่อนเปิด Airbnb public
Recommended Soft Launch Setup
Guests: 2-4 คน เป็น invited testers หรือแขกที่ feedback ได้
Duration target: 75-90 นาที, maximum 105 นาที
Team: Main Host + Co-host ผู้ช่วยครัว optional เฉพาะถ้าจำเป็น
Goal: ทดสอบเวอร์ชันที่เล็กที่สุดจริง ๆ ก่อนเพิ่ม teaching, เมนู หรือราคา
Pre-Run Decisions
- ยืนยันวัน soft launch
- ยืนยันจำนวนแขก
- เลือกว่า tester เป็นไทย ต่างชาติ หรือ mixed
- ยืนยัน transport plan
- เตรียม feedback form
- เตรียม optional QR gift link
- ยืนยัน photo/video consent
- ยืนยัน lean test price หรือ invited-tester arrangement

Feedback Questions For Guests
- ส่วนไหน memorable ที่สุด
- ส่วนไหนไม่ชัดหรือเร็วเกินไป
- สถานที่หาง่ายหรือยาก
- Light activity พอดี น้อยไป หรือไม่จำเป็น
- เมนูไหนชอบที่สุด
- การอธิบายซอสรู้สึก helpful หรือ sales-focused เกินไป
- จะแนะนำ experience นี้ให้เพื่อนที่มาโคราชไหม
- ชอบ short food experience แบบนี้ หรืออยากได้ cooking class ที่ยาวกว่า
- จะ scan QR เพื่อเรียนต่อไหม
- ราคาเท่าไหร่ที่รู้สึก fair สำหรับ experience นี้
Internal Debrief Questions
- จบภายใน 75-90 นาทีไหม
